Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off & Tracking
Hand your parcel to the designated courier or drop it off at an authorized collection point, keeping your tracking receipt for reference until your refund is issued.
